Had a Lean Cuisine again, stayed under points. I need to up them a bit as I did a TJ 20 min workout today and then 20 mins of Slim Series Shape it up. I might have a coffee later.

I was reading up on ziploc omelets, they seem really easy to make. I actually really want to make egg sandwiches like they have at Dunkin Donuts, those are so yummy but 790 calories - GAH! But they microwave the eggs and I am somewhat convinced that does destroy nutrients, so I wanted to try a different method. Cooking them in a pan is ok, but you don’t get the shape and it gets all messy and oily ugh! So I was looking into this ziploc thing, and wondering if it was safe. Well it is NOT. Those plastic bags are not made to be heated up the boiling temperatures.
Plastics that are not heat-tested release a lot of toxins when they are subjected to heat and the makers of Ziploc say these bags should NOT be used for making these omelets. So I guess back to the microwave it is. Shizz, it’s never easy, is it? Step away from the Ziploc people!!!

Thanks for the comments on my blog. I am doing NS, and it works well for me. I used to do the lean cusine as well and it is good too. I know what you mean about skipping meals thou, I think your body goes into survival mode if you skip meals and it hangs on to every ounce it has, and you will actually gain and not lose.
