Lunch report

Thanks for the comments on the last post ladies - I’m glad my blog is helping you not feel down Shari!

I think one thing I am learning from the Lean Cuisine and eating lots of snacks is, I don’t do too well with a few large meals. Ironically it seems it’s the overweight people who tend to skip meals. I know I skipped a lot of breakfasts and sometimes lunch too in college in hopes of losing weight. Lots of small meals seem to work better. Anyone else experience this?

I know I do! And I want to look like that more than I want to stuff my face with food because I don’t look like that!

  1. Hi Ann, thank you for your encouraging comment! This losing weight and being conscious of what and how much I eat is really hard but I’m not giving up this time. We’re about the same weight and it seems harder for those of us who have less to lose to see some progress. I also find eating 3 smaller meals and 2 snacks works better for me because it stops my blood sugar from dropping and when that happens I will grab something sweet to boost it up again. Keep the faith. I know it will happen for us. Oh, and love the jacket. Go get yourself one just like it now!
