Spam comments

For those of you having trouble with those spam comments, you can turn them off by doing this:
1. Go to your dashboard.
2. Click ‘Options’ - last tab on the right
3. Click ‘Discussion’
4. Uncheck the checkmark next to “Allow link notifications from other Weblogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)” and “Attempt to notify any Weblogs linked to from the article (slows down posting.)” (optional)

That’ll get rid of them.

No workout today but eating has been good. Has anyone seen Paul McKennas “I can make you thin”?

    No Ann - you should try it - e-ugly (aka eharmony) or match are the standards - but you can check out salon.com too…..

    You’re only 30 hon - shoot! I was on match when I was 30 and had a zillion dates. At 40 babe - things dry up out there!
