Today’s workout was Power Yoga for happiness Strong Free and Happy section. It was going great till he started doing balances! I wasn’t really in the mood for balances and I wasn’t expecting them because I don’t do this option very often. I also think I should have waiting longer after I’d eaten. Oh well… :(

Food has been decent. Lean Cuisines were on sale last week so I bought about a week’s worth. Love those things, and at 2 bucks each, SOOO much cheaper than nutrisystem.

I’m starting to hate chocolate tho…just tastes like greasy slime lately for some reason.

No workout yesterday as a friend invited me over for dinner. And we shared a bottle of wine soooo probably not the best of days. I weighed myself this morning and I’m still at 163 so it’s all good. :D

    I spent years relying on the Lean Cuisines - they really help for when you’re dog-tired on your way home and you see the golden arches… you know you have a fast and decent alternative waiting at home…

    I am not at all where you are w chocolate! I bought a killer bar of dark chocolate by Bonnat over a week ago and just a few little nibbles a night hits the spot perfectly and it’s so amazingly delicious…. yum yum yum…
