Okay…so we don’t really want to look like the little tyke but she was too cute to leave out!! 
Kind of a horrible workout somehow. I keep getting these headaches over the past few days…kind of a stabbing pain. Seems to happen if I don’t remember to breathe properly.
Today’s workout was IBallet 7 followed by Fat Free Yoga Total Tune Up - Raise yourself up section. Thought it might help, since it’s meant to be for depression, but it didn’t much. Oh well. Food has been okay, not much tastes good anyway.
