Today’s yoga workout was “Yoga for wimps”. This is a nice relaxing practice that I usually enjoy. I wasn’t fully there for most of it though, thanks to a certain idiot. Still feel better than I did before I did it though. I did some hamstring stretches after.
My hamstrings still feel tight even though I can usually get the heels down in down dog after warming up.
I would recommend this practice to someone just starting out. She doesn’t do sun sals, and those are usually intimidating to beginners.

I”ve been meaning to try out more DVDs, David Swenson is great but gets a bit boring after a while (and the workout is too intense for me a lot of the time)!
