Yoga for wimps

LotusToday’s yoga workout was “Yoga for wimps”. This is a nice relaxing practice that I usually enjoy. I wasn’t fully there for most of it though, thanks to a certain idiot. Still feel better than I did before I did it though. I did some hamstring stretches after. :) My hamstrings still feel tight even though I can usually get the heels down in down dog after warming up.

I would recommend this practice to someone just starting out. She doesn’t do sun sals, and those are usually intimidating to beginners.

  1. This sounds like my kind of thing :) I”ve been meaning to try out more DVDs, David Swenson is great but gets a bit boring after a while (and the workout is too intense for me a lot of the time)!
    Yay for doing yoga again today!
