Hope everyone’s holidays were happy and filled with joy and love! Thank you for all the well wishes. Mine were very good, not sure what I’m doing for New Year’s yet. I managed to get a workout in yesterday - 2 miles of Leslie followed by a little Raviana.
Today was slim series Shape it up. I always feel great when I’m done with this workout for some reason.
Pedsowk82(sorry, didn’t catch your name anywhere :)), it’s not really hot yoga in the sense the room is not heated…altho I suppose I could always turn up the heat. It is the same sequence as Bikram, I believe. That’s why he calls the series Hot Yoga. It’s DVD workout - http://www.amazon.com/Baron-Baptistes-Hot-Yoga-Challenge/dp/B00005RJ1G
Today I went to the BBW semi-annual sale and bought 5 things, 3 of which I hate the smell of. This is a problem because…it was a buy 5 at 20 deal and not sure if they’ll let me return things partly. Which SUCKS. Oh well, I’ll see…the good stuff was all on the clearance tables, going back for that tomorrow! I have another coupon for 10 dollars off 30. Yay!
Food has been bad over the holidays, people don’t keep to eating schedules and the food isn’t that good either. So…I’m up by about 2 pounds. Ah well, it’ll drop off.
I found some quotes in my files that are just speaking to me right now, so I’ll share them with you.
None of the answers to life’s problems are behind the door of my refrigerator.
I have come too far to take orders from a cookie.
2 rules of self-improvement.
1. It will be difficult.
2. It will be worth it.How long should you try? Until. - Jim Rohn
That last one, blows me away. How long should we all keep trying? Until.
Peace.

I am copying your great little pearls of wisdom, once again! The Jim Rohl one is resonating pretty deeply for me too.
I hate when I buy something and then don’t like it. It’s not the money or the return hassle, it’s that I feel I somehow slipped up in my judgment. I’ve pretty much stopped buying smelly stuff in stores (creams, sprays, candles) because so often things are good on a first sniff in a store and then not so good once you get them home…
Here’s to trying until! Have a great new year.
Maybe you can wash the outfits? If you like them except for the smell, that might help.
Welcome back. I missed you. Love the quotes.
Cheers
