166 today - so down a pound. I hope this keeps up! I downloaded a journaling software today and it comes with a set of Ben Franklin’s Virtues templates - you work on each one for a week. This week is Temperance: Eat not to dullness; drink not to elevation.
Very fitting, I thought.
Yesterday’s workout was Ultimate Stretch by RaviAna.
I did get the bed and was going to assemble it today but then I dropped a piece on my foot and now my big toe hurts! Damn heave things.
“It’s ok. You don’t need to care.” Mason, age 5
Wow - this quote makes sense on so many levels.

Love that quote and you are so right about it making sense on may levels.
CONGRATS!!!!!!
Shoot - you are so good Ann!
Hmmm, tiff started during the uphill, a few minutes after the uphill, then of course 15 minutes into the way home. For quite possibly a total of 6 minutes.
Thank you Ann for your suggestion - I will read it at the Barnes and noble. I am infamous for reading a whole book in a matter of hours. (saves me from late fees from the library
xoxo
I like Mason’s quote better than Ben’s in face. It’s ok, you don’t need to care. Say it after a slip up in the diet or exercise dept…
From where did you download the journaling software? I’m interested in getting some for myself.
thanks!
