Yoga day

Today was a stretch day, since my lower body was still sore from the hike. My right shoulder was complaining too.

I did T-tapp Hit the floor workout one which is quite easy and 30 mins. Some of the moves are interesting, but she moves way too fast. :roll:

After that I did the 40 min Daily Dose of Bliss from Eoin Finn’s PYFH. It was truly blissful!

Food has been good, and I have avoided dessert after dinner for 3 days straight. :D
