No workout

Today I wore heels and GODDAMNDOMYFEETANDTHIGHSHURTLIKEHELL!! I don’t know if this is the result of the heels or yesterday’s hike. But I’m inclined to think the heels. I’m hobbling around now, all hurty. So….no workout.

Food was out of the house, not totally bad though. Red Lobster sucks major ass - the lobster bisque was SO FRIGGIN SALTY, I couldn’t eat more than half and the crab cakes ditto, altho I did finish most of those. Ugh!!!

  3. When I trained for the 1/2 marathon I learned that when we run/walk a lot our feet widen. Noting this I bought a pair of Rockport heels in wide. Very comfortable. I still wear some regular width but I find the wider are very comfy.

  4. Ug, I hate heels. I have never been able to survive in heels…I dont’ see how some people do that everyday. I hope your feet feel better…ouch!

  5. Hmm….exercise makes your feet wider? UGH, I am going with its just the heels. As I get older, my heels get more expensive. I just can’t do the cheapies, I need all the foot support I can get!

    You faced Red Lobster and did not waver? Man that is so cool!
