I haven’t disappeared!

I just haven’t been working out because I finally got my period. A little later than usual and I was spotting for 2 whole weeks due to stress. Honestly, relationships are sometimes not worth the stress they cause. What is with men and their need to never let you know what the hell is going on? :roll:

I’ve  been reading about affirmations and inner thoughts, recently. I just came across the perfect weight loss affirmation:

                                        Losing weight is easier than I thought.

Stick that on your mirrors and read it every morning and night and I think it will work. A lot of it is constantly thinking ‘My body isn’t going to move from this weight.’ or ‘I’ve plateaued.’ Maybe our thoughts are just manifesting.

  1. Ann - brilliant! TOday is a stressfull day for me, and I am going to try it. Everytime I feel my blood starting to boil, I will stop and thing “Hey, XXX, is easier than I thought.” You know, I think it just might work! - dritta
