Kettlebells

So….I took myself down to Target to return the Taebo amped set. It’s horrible. Seriously, don’t buy it. The moves are so contrived and fake and just incorporate the bar for no reason. It was really annoying. :roll:

But I talked myself into buying two kettlebells - 15 pounds and 20 pounds. I wasn’t sure which weight would be right for me, so I’m going to try both. I did the swings today - 3 sets of 10 and YOW do I feel it in my glutes!! I’m going to keep doing this every day for the next week and see how it goes!

I ran into an old friend day before and she said ‘wow, you’ve shrunk!!’ - nice to hear especially since the scale’s not being very nice! :D
