Yesterday’s workout was all over the place. I put on a Leslie but kept doing my own thing. I was multi-tasking with cooking - NEVER a good idea. I still managed to get a semi-decent workout in. I am still feeling DOMS in my glutes from blasting them the last week.
Today I lay down for a short 10 minute nap and work up an hour later and that always makes me feel like crap, so it was a rest day. Food has been okay. Weight is holding at 163.5.
