More Yoga

Today I found time for the 53 minute routine from PY4H called ‘Strong and free’. It felt great, I must do it again, before going to the full routine, which is 80 minutes!!

I’m going to get a hold of that guy and tell him to go away! Instead of just ignoring him, because he’s clearly not taking the hint. Why are men so dense? :P

Today, Frasier was on at 5pm, which felt surreal because it’s usually on at midnight. It was an episode featuring Bebe Neuwirth. I have always loved the way she looks, she’s gorgeous. She has a great body too. Well defined with lots of muscle. I looked her up her routine online and she has been in ballet all her life, which explains it, they have great legs! And she is 49 - that’s right - 40 freakin’ 9! She’s like Jane Seymour. They’re getting better with age.

Anngirl, I will join you in ‘fall cleaning’ over the labor day weekend, the place is a mess! Let’s do a 27 fling boogie!! Ok? Anyone else want to join us in the boogie? We can post a list of what we tossed out on our blogs!

Lunch was a Lean Cuisine, Dinner was a Lean Cuisine. Snacks were reasonable. I got these wine cooler things, BJ Blue Hawaian but I didn’t really like them. Sort of a pina colada type thing I guess, but they do nothing for me.

I’ll come back later and edit this to post some self-analyzing I’ve been doing.

  2. Yeah, I was wondering that!! What the heck is a raisin sandwich?!

    Maybe she means a bit of butter between two raisins. Based on the rest of that diet, I wouldn’t be surprised! :P

  4. OH MY! Babe the Guru? Wow, never heard of a raisin sandwhich either; unless its two pieces of raisin bread with lots of warm melty butter between them, (not zen enough for Babe). Sign me up for the 27 fling boogie! - dritta

  6. I’ve always thought Bebe has such a great body, too. Bet she’d love that we’re writing about her…I remember when she showed up - as herself - on Will and Grace. I’m with you - I totally think women like Bebe and Jane ARE getting more and more beautiful with age. Never thought about looking up star’s exercise regimes online - cool idea!
