PY4H felt good, it might be time to get back to yoga for a while.
I bought new trainers at target - from champion. They hurt my feet tho, so back they go! Lucky I only tried them out for a while indoors. They stopped making the brand I bought last time. I hate it when that happens. I will have to go to payless and see if they have anything good.
Lunch was mcDs chicken strips and dinner was a Lean Cuisine. A good day foodwise.

One of the women I think looks really good is the main star of the series “My Boys” - Jordana Spiro - she is fit and looks fab! And she’s short like me so I could look like her…someday!
I really like her character on this show too. Does anyone else watch this series?

When I was training for the 1/2 marathon last year I got a serious foot injury. Who knew that we are supposed to have fat pads under our heels?!! The only part of me supposed to be fat had got thin (there’s justice for you!). Anyway, I learned there that I should always go to a proper running shoe place where they fit the shoe to the style of my foot. I had to walk without shoes, and then they noted where I needed support etc. You do not want to go to a sports clinic, like I had to - and get orthotics etc!! Make the investment in good training shoes- and if you walk daily, you have to look at replacing them every 6 - 9 months! (Yikes screams my pocketbook!!)

I love that last dress - a lot of girlies over here are wearing short dresses just now , a lot like the first and third ones, but belted and with skinny jeans. Is kinda cool!
