I was feeling lazy about working out, and I was watching the Law and Order sunday marathon on Bravo anyway. But then there was an episode at 7(the time I work out usually) that I had seen before and didn’t care for. Still, I was feeling really lazy, so didn’t really want to.
Then I remembered this guy I ran into recently. I’d really liked him a while ago, and we’d flirted a bit(mostly me tho, I was REALLY into him) and I even kissed him once but it never went anywhere. He never gave me an explanation, just said ‘no, I can’t’. I was about 20 pounds heavier back then. Well I see him in the market a few days ago and then once since. Boy, does he ever like the way I look now, keeps saying hi and wanting to chat. I can practically see him drooling. Too bad buddy coz I ain’t interested now! But remembering that look on his face really motivates me to work out and eat well.
Soo….I did about 35 mins of Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3. Skipped a bit, because the next ep was starting.
Wore my HRM the whole time and the one good thing about it is, I can stay in my zone even if I don’t follow the video exactly. I just march in place or do my own thing.
Food was okay! Had mucho oranges today(3) and feel great because of it. I need to get back to more live food. And I don’t mean sushi! ![]()
