CAWT

Today’s workout was Complete Aerobics and Weight Training. I’m trying the firm 90 day rotation…very loosely since I hate rotations!! Food was not that good but hopefully I burned it all off. :D

Tomorrow I shall write a post about how I keep on top of all the blogs around here!
