and walk and walk and walk!

60×80_walkit.jpgToday I paid a visit to my old pal Leslie and did the WATP 2 mile walk. It was fun and I kept in the target heart rate zone by using my HRM which I haven’t used in ages!! I finished up with a 10 minute pilates routine. I’m trying pilates to get a flatter stomach. I need to lose this pouchy look! Anyone have any tips? :P

Food was McDs chicken selects for lunch and a nice cold pasta salad for dinner. Yum!

And anngirl, we can’t call me ’skinny ass’ because that is the one part of me that certainly ISN’T skinny LOL :P Altho some of my trousers hang on me now and get under my shoes. :mad:

I hope to wear shorts some day!
