Today I paid a visit to my old pal Leslie and did the WATP 2 mile walk. It was fun and I kept in the target heart rate zone by using my HRM which I haven’t used in ages!! I finished up with a 10 minute pilates routine. I’m trying pilates to get a flatter stomach. I need to lose this pouchy look! Anyone have any tips?
Food was McDs chicken selects for lunch and a nice cold pasta salad for dinner. Yum!
And anngirl, we can’t call me ’skinny ass’ because that is the one part of me that certainly ISN’T skinny LOL
Altho some of my trousers hang on me now and get under my shoes.
I hope to wear shorts some day!
