I know I said no exercise but I did David Swenson’s Short forms 30 min routine - felt good, that is one of my old favorites.
Dinner was a Lean Cuisine. I did pretty good today, even though I thought I loosened up!
I was reading up on microwaving food and if it kills nutrients. Sounds like no one is sure - I wonder if these meals are bad for me - so many dilemmas!
