Long day

Drove out to NY again today - not a bad drive back and forth as I chose off-peak times. :) Food was quite good, altho I did have some dross from 7-11 for lunch -but day is under calories!

Workout was Ashtanga Yoga Short Forms 30 mins + A section from Raviana Fat Free. My shoulders were still sore from Firm Strength, but not much now.

A nice day altogether, I feel nicely stretched out.
