Back in the saddle-
Although not cleared for exercise yet, no need to put off eating properly again. I started my 2 day carb purge this morning, with hopes of getting me back on track. With the kids home last week, we ate out( actually ordered in) and none of my choices were very good. I believe I was stress eating again, and I have to stay on top of that! I am in the right frame of mind today, so here’s to weight loss and good, healthy eating. Just a quick note to keep me accountable- may check back later with an update.
Sandy, i am happy to see you back on that horse! eating well can be a part of ones life no matter what. stick with it and the weight will start coming off again.

Stress seems to do us in more than hunger. No doubt recognizing it is effecting your choice is a big step to improving.
I’m soooo an emotional eater. Sometimes, it just has to happen. Then tomorrow is a new day!

Food IS comforting. We learn that from birth. It’s only natural to turn to the enjoyment of eating good food when it seems that nothing else really can boost your spirits. What I’ve enjoyed learning in the past few months is that there are “good foods” that can be “comfort foods” hidden out there in the world of dieting, that are low-cal and good for you! My favorite thing lately is that Chicken Berry salad that I posted about a while back! Have you one of those sometime! You’re bound to feel great after one of those!
