Day 65- exercise
I DID IT! At 10:15pm, hopped on the bike to get in my time. Didnt push myself too hard, but still pleased with results. Rode for 30 minutes, rode 5.5 miles, and burned 143.6 calories. YES!Tummy feels ok, no lightheadedness. I think I’m good. I’m proud of myself for getting on the bike. It bothered me to think I would miss a day, after I JUST started this routine. I’m 3 for 3, with all intentions to continue.Just a short note, as I’m trying to get a full nights sleep. Give my body the rest it deserves. I have a big training day tomorrow. Lots of “role play” stuff. YUCK! See you all tomorrow after work, unless I get a minute during the day to at least read your blogs. Thanks for stopping by.I own the Stamina Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike . I bought it from Walmart for 108.67. Definitely on the lower end of $$$$. I am SO happy with it. Maybe I will upgrade one day, if I really get into it, but this was just the best bike for the money.

You ARE 3 for 3! That is awesome! Yes, you can be my “riding buddy” and once Tony gets that pedal repaired, he can join in on the fun! I’ve done awful today. I’ll explain in my post that I’ll probably write up in the morning. I’ve decided today, though, that I’m going to try to start doing my bike riding first thing in the morning. Just gonna get it over with. Otherwise, I put it off ALL day, and by the end of the day, I don’t feel like doing it anymore. (not like I ever felt like doing it in the first place most of the time!) Anyway, that’s how it is today. I accidentally fell asleep getting my little one to bed again tonight, and my hubby came and woke me up and told me to come to bed…but I said, “no, I’ve got to exercise.” Well, I’m freakin tired. I’m almost lethargic. I don’t think now’s the time to exercise. I should have done it earlier today. I’m not going to make this mistake again. I’ve learned my lesson. Tomorrow, I will get it over with early in the day, and I bet I’ll feel great afterwards!
I’m going to try doing 30 mintues tomorrow, and the whole time, I’ll be thinking about you, and your 3 days of 30 minutes!!

I am glad to see you getting that exercise in Sandy. keep it up, its suppose to rain/snow this weekend for us so I will be without my walks :(, I looked that bike up that you mentioned, looks decent for the price, I may have to take a look at one
