Well, I must say today has gone a lot better . I had a Balance bar this morning( 210 cals) and 1/2 chicken breast ( 150 cals)w/ 1 cup of broccoli ( 35 cals)for lunch. Afternoon snack- pb/crackers( 200 cals) I continue to drink lots of water. I am still very much struggling to get to the exercise part of my day. I just dont want to. I know it will make a difference, But cant seem to get going. If there is a secret weapon in the area of exercise, someone needs to tell me. I can find just about anything else to do, than to exercise. WOW, i’ve got quite a stumbling block. I’m going to have to come back later. I have to find my path in all this. I think the difficult part is I KNOW I need to, and I cant/wont/dont. Why???? Cont……. I had a big salad w/ grilled chicken(400 cals) for dinner, and was still well under my calories for the night. For dessert I had a Thick/Creamy lime yogurt( 100 cals) and a little later had 6 garlic pit chips(130 cals). So, in my calculations, just under 1200 for the day. I am satisfied, and thrilled to have made it thru successfully today. No formal exercise, but I did run some errands, which kept me moving for an hour or two. It’s not exercise, I know. Maybe tomorrow. I rate today as a success. Will work harder on the exercise part tomorrow.
