Uncategorized No Comments »Man, was I a Debbie Downer yesterday! Truth be told, I could work a little harder, push a little farther. So, I am on my way out the door, but I wanted to jot these down before I left. I am committing myself to NO eating after 7pm. Period. All I do is snack and my body needs no fuel to go to sleep! AND, at least 5 days of HARD CORE running a week, starting tonight. Let’s see what we can do THIS week, and forget about the past!
