On the Path

Now that I’ve started college I’m really getting into the whole fitness thing. My roommate and I are excersising together and have already gone to the gym twice (its been less than a week since we have gotten here). I’ve gone rock climbing twice. My diet is not going as great but I’m starting to implement changes that should help. Also I plan tostart taking runs once my schedual get really fixed. My roommate and I are also planning to take some fitness classes offered at the rec center/gym of the college. Our dorm is right next to the rec so it has been super easy keeping up w/ weight loss and everything.
