A Thinner Me

I’m back from my run and it was great. Took my little sister with me and we ran/jog/walk for about 55 minutes. Later today I’m doing my exercise video (P90 X) and it about 55 minutes long. All in all I’ll be doing 110 mintues of exercise today. I’m also planning on including a food journey in order to monitor my food and calorie intake. Food:

 - leftover Boston market chicken and stuffing- couldn’t have been more than 200-250 calores

-Stouffers meal: 240 calories

- Bite of my sister’s cookie- 50 cal
