A Thinner Me

First Post

I’m 18, 5 ‘3 and currently at a 160 pounds. My goal is to lose 40 pounds. This is the end of the second week of my weight loss journey and it has been a really bad week. I’m starting this journal as a way to keep me focus and push me to continue as I have a habit of starting a weight loss program, losing a few pounds and then quiting and gain back all the weight and then some. This journal is more for me than for anyone else put I would love to meet someone so that week can encourage each other and be each other’s support system. I have a fear of telling my friends that I’m trying to lose weight (beside a kind of joke) but I do not want to fail like I did in my pass attempts. That it for now I have to go running (Yea me!).
