Now that I’ve started college I’m really getting into the whole fitness thing. My roommate and I are excersising together and have already gone to the gym twice (its been less than a week since we have gotten here). I’ve gone rock climbing twice. My diet is not going as great but I’m starting to implement changes that should help. Also I plan tostart taking runs once my schedual get really fixed. My roommate and I are also planning to take some fitness classes offered at the rec center/gym of the college. Our dorm is right next to the rec so it has been super easy keeping up w/ weight loss and everything.

I’ve no commitment to my diet. I have all this time on my hands and exercise and dieting are the last things on my mind. I feel as if deep down inside I don’t want to lose weight, that I want to stay fat forever. But I know I want to change, I willing to make a change.

I haven’t been here in a while and consequently I haven’t been keeping up with my diet and excersise. However, on friday I went running and I went running today also. However, my diet has been horrible. Ate five brownies today. Luckly, that was pretty much all I ate. Well talk to y’all later.

| I’m back from my run and it was great. Took my little sister with me and we ran/jog/walk for about 55 minutes. Later today I’m doing my exercise video (P90 X) and it about 55 minutes long. All in all I’ll be doing 110 mintues of exercise today. I’m also planning on including a food journey in order to monitor my food and calorie intake. Food:
- leftover Boston market chicken and stuffing- couldn’t have been more than 200-250 calores
-Stouffers meal: 240 calories
- Bite of my sister’s cookie- 50 cal |

I’m 18, 5 ‘3 and currently at a 160 pounds. My goal is to lose 40 pounds. This is the end of the second week of my weight loss journey and it has been a really bad week. I’m starting this journal as a way to keep me focus and push me to continue as I have a habit of starting a weight loss program, losing a few pounds and then quiting and gain back all the weight and then some. This journal is more for me than for anyone else put I would love to meet someone so that week can encourage each other and be each other’s support system. I have a fear of telling my friends that I’m trying to lose weight (beside a kind of joke) but I do not want to fail like I did in my pass attempts. That it for now I have to go running (Yea me!).
