Are you still at your meeting? How is the hubby doing? My new theory is that if we slow down and destress we will lose the waitte. I am convinced we rush around trying to exercise and eat right and do everything that we cannot be successful. I have no time to exercise right now, so what? I am eating a bit better and feeling healthy. You do what you can, and don’t beat yourself up for not doing it all!
