Notes: Well, I didn’t feel a thing this time round. Last time I tried these things out I got weird dizzy feeling - but nothing this time. I also really thought I felt like eating less, but again this time I didn’t at all. Well, we’ll see what happens.

Notes: Well, I was actually UP a bit this morning! But these things happen.

Notes: I keep trying to get out for a walk but the weather hasn’t been so good. Lovely and sunny, but when you step outside it’s chilly and there’s a biting wind.

Notes: Well, no loss this morning. Hoping for a whoosh tomorrow. A pound would be nice.

Notes: Down this morning, but no whoosh - only 0.3. Not complaining, any loss is good, but I’m certainly not seeing as dramatic a loss as I saw last time.

Notes: Well, today is the last day - tomorrow will be the moment of truth. Somehow I don’t think I’ll match the 2.7 of last time. No loss today at all.

Well, that’s about what I’ve been losing a week lately without the ‘help’ of the PP so I would say it has done nothing for me this time round.
