May: 9h 50m treadmill / 7h 20m strength training / 2h swimming laps / 1h pool (various, incl. laps) / 12h 15m garden work /3h walking outside

April: 30h 25m treadmill / 6h 30m strength training / 2h swimming laps / 30m walking outdoors

March: 35h 30m treadmill / 1h 15m weights / 15m snow & ice removal / 30m WATP / 5h strength training

February: 33h 30m treadmill / 6h 30m weights / 2h toning DVD / 30m mixed / 15m snow shoveling
