Today’s Totals - Aug 15th, 2008
I’m trying to figure what I did for the rest of the day. Lunch was a little late since I was running late. We managed to get in a quick swim, and, oh yeah, it poured rain for almost an hour. I should really have done some work on my math prep. I’m going to whine about that constantly until I buckle down and do it. I think I was ticked that the first two went so well and the third was definitely not good. I think next week I have to make a point to spend some time on it each day until I’m done, or driven crazy. I have until about the 8th of September to get it done, but I don’t want to be doing it in September.
So, just adding the food for the day. After I’ve got my meal plan done for tomorrow I’m off to bed.
Food for the day:
Total: 2388 (24% fat, 40% carbs, 33% protein)
Breakfast: two scrambled eggs, honey oatmeal bread, jam, peach (363)
AM Snack: protein shake with frozen blueberries (244)
Lunch: whole wheat tortillas, chili (1/3 portion), cheese, peach, apricot, chocolate zucchini cake (596)
PM Snack: bean dip, carrots, protein shake (304)
Dinner: whole wheat spaghetti with meat sauce and parmesan cheese, broccoli, butter, salad w/dressing (572)
Late Snack: protein shake, peaches, apricots (309)
