Weekly Weigh-in - Aug 3rd, 2008
So, the Sunday to Sunday loss this week is 2.2lbs. I don’t know if it’s the rapid weight loss from a couple of weeks ago but the trend chart seems bumpier than normal. Although it’s probably because I’m comparing it to that week where it just seemed to drop every day. The 9-week loss is 18.8lbs even (2.09/week) which is usually the ‘number’ I look at to see how things are going overall. The other little compulsive number I look at is how many days I’ve been ‘on plan’ primarily with food. I still consider the maintenance week ‘on plan’ since I accomplished what I wanted to. So, since I started keeping track this is day 206 on plan with food.



Look at that downhill slope! A course like that would challenge an olympic skier! You Go!
Thanks. I really like the 9-week chart. It’s long enough to show good progress, but you still see the peaks and dips.
