Today’s Totals - June 8th, 2008

I had all kinds of plans for today, but didn’t really do any of them. So it was a good day. We did get a little rain in the early evening, so hopefully the oppressive heat is gone. Just a little though, I don’t want it to be cold. I know, picky, picky, picky.

Food for the day:

Total: 2160 (27% fat, 34% carbs, 36% protein)

Breakfast: chocolate pecan bread, jam, grapefruit (275)
AM Snack: almonds, protein shake (299)
Lunch: whole wheat tortilla, mustard, smoked turkey, cheese, roasted veggies, apple (449)
PM Snack: protein shake, soy nuts (314)
Dinner: balsamic pork tenderloin, asparagus, mushrooms, salad w/dressing (539)
Late Snack: peach yogurt sorbet, protein shake (285)

Weekly Weigh-in - June 8th, 2008

Today’s weigh-in brings me to 300.8 which is 1.0 pounds less than last week. I actually saw 300.0 on Friday morning, but was up on Saturday morning, so I suspect it will be this week when I might see it down below 300 consistently.  I also now have a scale that does bodyfat % (which is likely only good for trends). So this week’s average is 301.1lbs, BF%: 54.4, LBM%: 45.6. I’m really not sure how good this will be for a week to week trend as I see occasional daily jumps that don’t make sense.  According to the 7-day trend compared to the current one the change was 2.7lbs, all from lean body mass.  Yet this seemed to switch almost overnight, so I may leave the comparisons out until I understand the trends better.  Anyway, since I started keeping track this is day 150 on plan.
