It was a quite, kind of lazy day today.  I did my treadmill time but little else.  I think it’s the sudden change in the weather back to cold and icky out.  It’s probably a good thing that it’s to be warmer at least by the end of the week.  Hmmm… can’t think of much else to say, so I suppose that’s it for me tonight.

    LOL… if 90 minutes on the treadmill is a lazy day… I would LOVE to see a motivated day! Excellent job, I hope you enjoyed your day. :-P

    Actually the amount of exercise is the same. I judge motivation by how much I have to talk myself into doing it. For example, this morning was easier. I got 60 mins done before noon. Of course on Mon/Wed/Fri I need to since I lift in the afternoon. This means lunch needs to be early so I get a quick swim in the afternoon.

    In theory, I plan to do the 90 mins before lunch on Tues/Thurs, but lately that just hasn’t happened.
