Lunch - lentil soup, smoked turkey, apple, fruit salad (596)
Dinner - spicy meatloaf with potatoes, broccoli, butter, salad, salad dressing (654)
Snacks - protein shake, soy nuts, apple, fruit salad, biscotti (548)
Well, as you can see from the other post it just snowed, and snowed, and snowed here today. I have a few things to add, but I think I’ll do so tomorrow. I’m changing my weigh-in day to Sundays, partly because I’m changing my diet and exercise starting tomorrow. Mainly because it’s easier to control what time of day I weigh on a rest day. So, we’ll see you all tomorrow.
