Today’s totals - Mar 7th, 2008

Exercise - 90 mins treadmill, 15 mins weights

Water - 20 cups

Food - 2054 calories (26% fat, 44% carbs, 26% protein)

Breakfast - 12-grain toast, jam, 3 clementines (245)

Lunch - spicy bean soup with parmesan, smoked turkey, apple, grapes (559)

Dinner - hamburgers (2) with bun (1) and condiments, salad, salad dressing (800)

Snacks - protein shake (x2), grapes, pita chips (451)

I think that’s it for the day. Tomorrow will be the last day on the old plan. Starting Sunday I’ll switch over to the new one, with the slightly higher protein levels. And on Monday I’ll start the new lifting routine. I will have to check out the ball, and maybe even inflate it, but we’ll see. I’m looking forward to it very much. Tomorrow I haven’t quite decided what I’ll do exercise-wise, but I would like to push it just a little by using one of the DVDs. Hope everyone out there is having a good day.

Oh yes, and it’s snowing again. Yuck.
