Well, the best laid plans… did not do the cardio DVD today. From yesterday’s sculpt I hurt in places I didn’t know that I had. Well, not really, but there is definitely pain. So I just stuck to the treadmill and some weights today. I finished up the last soup, so that’s the cooking for the moment. I’ve got 11 portions in the freezer now, 4 put aside for the woman down the street, and probably 10 or more to freeze tomorrow. That means even if I have soup every day (which I won’t since I’ve switched to the wraps & veggies) that I’m probably good until May. Sad, really sad.
Well, since I’m tired, and still sore, I think it’s probably a good night to try and get to sleep at a decent hour. Oh, I know it won’t happen, but I will try.
