chicken, cooked in olive oil and a little butter, navy beans, cole slaw, mesquite green beans (fry a little bacon (1 or 2 slices, chopped) until crispy with chopped onion, add 2 cans green beans - add a little olive oil, toss and saute’ until they dry up a bit (can you tell I’m not a chef??) These are deliscious!!!

Well, well, well…let’s see…today.

Breakfast: I was all ready to give in (yep that early!) to peanut butter pancakes with syr…”yeah, yeah, syrup, butter, sugar, jelly, we KNOW already!!!”

but then….slight change of plans. My brain finally kicked in (imagine Patrick Star’s brain here) ….“if he’s leaving to go to the dentist……….at 2:30 his time……….that means we can’t talk anyway….after 8:30 am my time……..no reason to go to work late…..I’ll go EARLY and be off by the time he gets home…….Woo Hoo! Folks We have a SMART ONE!!! *BIG TOOTHY GRIN*

Sooooo…..I called M, think I woke her! told her I could come in early after all but if I didn’t leave by 1 p.m. the world as we know it would cease to exist. She said fine whatever. I grabbed a “healthy” pancake, slapped 1 T. healthy peanut butter on it and flew to work. Worked like a crazed beaver until it suddenly floated into my consciousness that the librarian closes the library at 1 pm to have her lunch break!!! AAARRRGGHHH! panic panic panic….What to do? What to do? I can’t leave once I’m at work..and that’s no good anyway - he’s at the dentist already! So he’ll log on at 1 pm my time and I won’t be there!!!!!!! Tarnation!!!

As it turned out, M didn’t have all that much for me to do and working like aforementioned crazed beaver, I got it done pretty fast - actually got to leave work at 11:30 Woo Hoo! So, got to library, left a message explaining the librarians psychotic need to feed and what time she’d be back…and so would I …and heaven help anyone who tried to get in my way on the way to the computers!!! ha!

 We “met” had a ……..mmmmm, pretty good time…..he is so damn slow in typing and get this, he made me wait while he ATE ICE CREAM!!!!!  I really gave him hell for that!

Oh……he’s a sweetie though…I ……..like him a lot.
