I did it again!
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 whole wheat toast with 1/2 T. Butter - 320
Lunch: Casa Azteca! Mexican Enchiladas - 2 cheese, 1 Beef, rice, beans, guacomole, sour cream, chips, salsa….AHHHHHHHHHH……..bliss.
Afternoon mayhem: took a spoon to the jar of parmesan cheese again and then furiously cooked and ate 1 and 1/2 chocolate chip pancakes with butter, syrup and peanut butter.
Oh, this will pass….that’s the only hope I have….I know it’s from hormones….happens every month. I just hope I have energy to work out this evening like I did yesterday.
