Breakfast: 2 whole wheat toast with butter and natural peanut butter, something else - can’t remember but I recall the total was 650
Lunch: H.C. sausage/chicken gumbo with added green beans - 200
string cheese - 100
chicken- 200
mashed potatoes - 250?
green beans - 50
I have been tired/no energy/ have not exercised yet today. spent all day with Joyce at home - she’s had a cold so stayed home from school.
I feel lethargic…disinterested in anything healthy at the moment…..blah.
