Food Journal for Sunday, Feb. 10

sexymancooking1.jpg       Breakfast: 1/2 cup Kashi Shredded Wheat, a couple of muffins at the church breakfast (From now on…be wary…be VERY wary, of sweet little old ladies bearing (sugar-free) baked goods) With respect, that’s all I’m gonna say about that.

                                        Lunch: 1 slice homemade pizza (Anchovy and cheese on Whole Wheat crust), Salad (Red Leaf Lettuce, olives, pepperoncini peppers, onion, tomato, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper)

Dinner: Leftover Salad, Steamed Broccoli, (with Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, and Lemon) Chicken Breast (cooked with Olive Oil) 2 slices leftover pizza (cheese and Anchovy)

Snacks: 1 Grapefruit, few Wheat and Bran (healthy, cruchy, salty) bisquits.

Downfall: sweet tea.

Had somewhat more control today….which is good! :-)
