George and Lucy…… Mmmm, I love that movie.
Breakfast: Oat Bran hot cereal; Orange - Lime Smoothie
Lunch: Bean Soup
Dinner: Greens Salad/Olive Oil - Balsamic Vinegar Dressing; Rice; Spinach
BLT’s: 2 bites hubby’s Burger; a swig of Nate’s Pepsi; a couple of sips of Joyce’s Strawberry Smoothie.
I had an excessive salt craving hit this evening - I’m currently making what I hope will be a deliscious snack for when I need something salty/crunchy. I tossed Wheat and Bran Bisquits with Olive Oil, a little Butter, Sea Salt and Seasoned Salt and am baking it as you would Chex Mix. I’ll post how it turns out tomorrow!
