Tuesday Afternoon…

Breakfast: Fresh Orange Smoothie (1 Navel Orange, plain yogurt, 1 pkt. Stevia, ice)
Lunch: Sauteed Fresh Asparagus over a bed of Navy Beans with Lemon and Olive Oil
And the plan for tonight………….
Going to the CC right after I pick up the kids, my new MP3 player has not arrived yet so that sucks, but it’s really better not to try listening to it when I’m with the kids - cuts down on the communication too much. I will just get my phat self out there and play my little heart out with the kids for exercise. (unless there’s a really cute guy watching……..)
Oh my….well, I was going to try not to talk about *guys* on this one too much…but, OMD! The other night there was this one there…..whew! Eye Candy with sugar sprinkles and hot fudge topping!!!
Later that evening…..
Dinner: 2 cups Spinach Rice Casserole, Turkey Breast, 1 cup Navy Beans
BLT’s (bites, licks, and tastes) natural peanut butter - 1 Tbsp. Baby Carrots.
