Maintain over Christmas and then set new targets.
Do I just keep my fingers crossed, or do I now go away and draw up an exercise plan and food diary?
Yeah, right! Exercise plan = Walking, Intermediate, 12 week programme!
Food diary! Oh, OK then. Just this once
Got neat little notebook, will do!
So why am I still sat at computer, typing, not walking?
