Joined gym at work, left hip TOTALLY mullered.

Bank Holiday Monday screws up new timetable.

 Far too hot to try exercise, so set alarm for about 6.30 am and try walking then :)

Have re-discovered Low GL - I had forgotten how good the whole thing is. A bit of shopping to do for breakfasts and I am sorted!

OK. I have had CFS for about 20 years now. And aneamia for about 8.

 But I have to stop using the hideous fatigue as an excuse to be fat and lazy!

 So….. graded excercise and Low GL diet……

Amazon have delivered the books. I need to read and plan, set goals and get going.

Maintain over Christmas and then set new targets.

 Do I just keep my fingers crossed, or do I now go away and draw up an exercise plan and food diary?

 Yeah, right! Exercise plan = Walking, Intermediate, 12 week programme!

 Food diary! Oh, OK then. Just this once :) Got neat little notebook, will do!

 So why am I still sat at computer, typing, not walking?
