Still 193.0 pounds

grr…I’m getting frustrated I’m still at 193. But if I’m honest with myself I haven’t been trying that hard or keeping track so I guess I should be happy I haven’t gone up any. I’m on the last day of my period so I’m hoping there is some water weight I might be losing, fingers crossed.

Lunch: 4 artichoke and spinach nuggets

Dinner: chipotle burrito, ice cream sandwhich

Dinner: avcado, black bean and chicken burrito, 5 tortilla chips

Snack: dark chocolate raisinets, 5 chips

Dinner: 3 slices of thin cheese pizza

I knew I was going to be eating a lot of bread today but I wish I restrained myself more
