I’ve tried a food journal before, with mixed results. I’m doing it as an experiment this time, to see if it helps…

1 pear

1 oatmeal to go bar

1 apple

1 plum

1 apple

1 mug black coffee

For the rest of the day:

Salad with chickpeas and ranch dressing

1 pear

2 boiled eggs

2 carrots
