Back for round 2

Though in reality it’s more like round 52 of my attempt to get fit and stay fit.  I was doing really well on South Beach earlier this year, but a gall bladder attack in March knocked me flat on my ass and completely off the wagon.  I decided in late March to give WW another try, but it just really isn’t for me - every time I try it I end up starving myself early in the day so that I can have all of my points to blow on junk food later which really is not healthy or sustainable.  I think WW is an awesome program for many people, but I don’t work well with it, so I’m going back (finally) to what worked before.  My original plan was to start today, but I found watermelons on sale last night, and I’ve been deprived of watermelon for a long time because of the price, so I will eat my fill of it today, and start phase 1 of SBD tomorrow.  I don’t think I did too horribly - I at least didn’t rocket back up to my original starting weight of 226 pounds.  When I fell off the wagon I was sitting at 207.5, and this morning I was at 210.5,  but my “official” starting weight this time will be the one I take tomorrow since I will weigh every Friday, and my weights can fluctuate up to 2 pounds from day to day.
