woo hoo for elliptical cross-ramps

Tried the elliptical cross-ramp machine today. It’s a bit different from the typical elliptical (hey that rhymes). I quite enjoyed working out on it. I actually feel like I’m working other parts of my body while working on cardio. I think this will be my new machine of choice. After my cardio, I did lower body weights. I actually feel very good right now. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s workout.
I did get up late so breakfast was late, in turn, there was no time for an a.m. snack and I went straight to a late lunch when we returned from the pool. Tonight’s dinner will be lemon garlic tilapia w/ wild rice & mushrooms & celery, and frozed corn (cooked of course).
It’s pretty gloomy right now and storms are headed this way. Well, off to finish watching Y&R then I will start dinner.

Finally! I found ya
I love doing weights and I see you got some great work going on in your exercise log page. Upper/lower body splits wow nice! Are you following a certain program? And I’m interested in “30 day shred” I do a lot of videos and wonder if it would be challenging for someone who’s advanced? Jeeze guess I mean me!
